Hope Will Arise

– A Mental Health Guide for Infertility and Pregnancy Loss

Infertility, miscarriage, and the struggle to become a parent affect a person on a deep level — both during the process and often long after. The immense psychological pressure leaves its mark. Far too many suffer in silence, not always finding the right support or help. But it doesn’t have to be that way.

I want to change that. To reach and help more people all over the world, I wrote the book “Hope Will Arise” in English. In it, you’ll find the tools, insights, and knowledge you need to navigate your fertility journey with greater ease and resilience. It’s a simple and accessible way to receive support from me as a Therapist & Coach.

Kind words from my readers

The book shares a lot of life wisdom that’s helpful for anyone who’s come to realize that life didn’t turn out the way they had expected – which includes most people.
It’s a book full of hope, comfort, and encouragement, and it helps take away feelings of shame and loneliness.

As a midwife with 23 years of experience in women’s health, I have met countless women carrying the silent pain of infertility and childlessness. I have always wished I could offer them something more than just my words in the moment – something to hold on to, something that could bring comfort and guidance long after our conversation ended. This book is exactly that.

Leslie

I am now a father of two girls, but me and my wife struggled with childlessness for five years. I wish a book like this was available at that time. The book addresses all sort of questions and doubts that we lived through. But it does not end there, it also provides hope and tools to cope with the struggle in a structured way. Read it and use the tools – it will give you hope and a better life.

Fredrik

Hope Will Arise describes it in a nice and easy way, while also going deeper, which makes the book easy to use, either by reading some chapters or the entire one. Hopefully, this book will be an obvious litterature to use for those working with and meeting parents with experiences in infertility, as for us in the NICU for example. This will bring a great support, grounded in both science and personal stories.
